Senior Manager & Team Lead, Business Banking (Finance)

Location: Richmond, BC, Canada. The work arrangement, including the proportion of on-site and remote work, will be discussed during the interview. Legal eligibility to work at the specified location is required.

What you will do

• Build, develop, and lead a team of Relationship Managers, Business Advisors, and Associate Business Advisors.
• Oversee client relationships and deliver credit, cash management, and business banking services.
• Grow the business banking portfolio through new business development, referrals, and community engagement.
• Manage end-to-end credit processes, portfolio quality, risk controls, and early detection of deteriorating files.
• Coach employees, strengthen team capabilities, and foster collaboration with internal banking partners.
• Represent hirify.global at trade shows, seminars, luncheons, and community events.

Requirements

• Experience leading diverse, high-performing teams through active coaching and talent development.
• Experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking, including credit structuring, cash management, and business development.
• Advanced knowledge of credit risk and credit portfolio management.
• Strong client relationship management and local business development skills.
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
