What you will do

• Design and develop electrical circuits and subsystems for solid-state protection and control products.
• Perform schematic capture, simulation, component selection, stress analysis, and PCB design reviews.
• Collaborate with firmware engineers to define and implement system requirements.
• Support laboratory evaluation, troubleshooting, and validation testing of AC and DC protection systems.
• Participate in product qualification, reliability testing, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and supplier partners to meet performance, quality, and cost objectives.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical product development.
• Strong background in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, or programmable logic devices.
• Understanding of power electronics, protection systems, and current sensing technologies.
• Familiarity with EMC, safety, and product compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial, energy, automotive, or power distribution applications.
• Exposure to system-level architecture and requirements management.
