What you will do
- Develop and maintain hardware for motion-control products, with a focus on servo drives.
- Design and redesign electronic circuits, including schematics and PCB layouts.
- Analyze circuits, select components, run simulations, and optimize performance.
- Perform hands-on hardware board bring-up, system debugging, and optimization.
- Create and improve technical documentation, including manuals, datasheets, architecture documents, assembly instructions, and test reports.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, customers, and suppliers on technical requirements, product development, and integration.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing electronic circuits and working with electronics assembly and PCB/PCA manufacturing processes.
- Background in electrical power applications and electronics verification and validation.
- Proven experience with Altium Designer.
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Git or SVN.
- Knowledge of motion control or robotics, including motor types, feedback systems, and controls.
- Experience with EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Profinet, or CANopen.
- Experience with CE, UL, safety, or other certification processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills.
