Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide on-site Tier 2 support for incident management and service requests.
• Support end-user devices, Windows desktops and laptops, accounts, mobile devices, printers, and VIP users.
• Install, program, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems, equipment, cabling, and related infrastructure.
• Assist with asset management for on-site devices.
• Plan and lead major assignments, evaluate results, and recommend changes that improve project success.
• Provide expert support across multiple project assignments and supervise others when required.

Requirements

• Current CompTIA Security+ certification or an equivalent DoD baseline certification.
• At least 10 years of experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, PCs, and other devices.
• Security clearance required, with interim clearance acceptable at minimum.
• IT education is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
