Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Management Internship (Finance)

Location: Ohio - Columbus Metro; 12-week summer internship in Columbus, Ohio

Salary: $23–$50 per hour

What you will do

• Gain practical experience across enterprise risk management functions.
• Learn about model risk management, enterprise risk and capital modeling, and operational risk management.
• Support risk reporting, risk governance, and risk data and analytics activities.
• Work with business units and corporate functions to improve understanding and management of hirify.global’s risk profile.
• Develop knowledge of financial services and risk management through a structured 12-week summer program.

Requirements

• Be pursuing a degree in risk management, finance, economics, data science, business administration, statistics, or a related field.
• Be within 2–3 semesters of graduation.
• Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Demonstrate leadership experience, communication skills, analytical ability, and strategic and critical thinking.
• Be available for the 12-week summer internship in Columbus, Ohio.
