Summer 2027 Finance and Strategy Internship (Finance)

Location: Office-based in Columbus, OH, Detroit, MI, or Minnetonka, MN; applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $21.00–$25.00 hourly.

What you will do

• Support financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Gain exposure to treasury activities involving liquidity, funding, and capital management.
• Support investor relations, financial messaging, tax reporting, compliance, and planning.
• Contribute to financial reporting, accounting processes, internal controls, and controllership activities.
• Help evaluate growth opportunities, market trends, strategic initiatives, and innovation projects.
• Participate in professional development, leadership discussions, team projects, volunteer activities, and internal events.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate university program, with at least one quarter or semester remaining after the summer program.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities or work experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and current authorization to work full-time in the United States without immigration sponsorship.

Hiring process
