What you will do
- Audit Eney’s onboarding, monetization, retention, and acquisition funnels to identify leakage and tracking gaps.
- Design, instrument, and run end-to-end A/B tests for onboarding, pricing, and packaging, including clear success criteria and readouts.
- Own landing-page conversion optimization through session analysis, friction identification, and shipped improvements.
- Launch monetization experiments such as bundles, localized pricing, and win-back campaigns, measuring their impact on ARPU.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, and Marketing on behavioral segmentation, automated onboarding sequences, and churn-intercept triggers.
- Contribute to revenue forecasting by modeling growth levers and the impact of experiments.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in growth, product, or marketing analytics with ownership of conversion or activation outcomes.
- Experience with B2C SaaS, e-commerce, or AI/productivity products.
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests from hypothesis and instrumentation through analysis and readout; familiarity with GrowthBook, Optimizely, Adobe Target, or Split.io.
- Strong understanding of product analytics, funnels, cohorts, and basic statistical concepts.
- Experience optimizing pricing and purchase flows.
- Upper-Intermediate English required; comfortable collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.

- Familiarity with AI tools for automating growth workflows.
