Trading Support Engineer (Cryptocurrency Trading)

What you will do

• Develop comprehensive working knowledge of internal trading systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot alerts, queries, and issues raised by trading teams, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Support the onboarding of new accounts and complete configuration in relevant trading systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve processes, procedures, and operational workflows.
• Assist with system automation projects and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in trading infrastructure and application support.
• Good understanding of financial products.
• Strong technical skills and interest in Python and Linux.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese are required for communication with colleagues across different locations.
• Detail-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• An advanced STEM degree is preferred.
