Founding Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $200,000–$232,000 USD in total annual compensation

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, discovery, design, development, launch, and continuous iteration.
• Build an enterprise-scale platform for partner onboarding, AI specialist matching and deployment, performance tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Develop an employee AI enablement experience that helps enterprise teams work effectively with deployed AI specialists.
• Conduct discovery with enterprise customers, partners, program participants, and internal stakeholders, translating insights into requirements, prototypes, metrics, experiments, and shipped features.
• Partner with commercial, program, curriculum, engineering, and strategic teams to align priorities, support enterprise adoption, and remove execution blockers.
• Establish product processes, feedback loops, design practices, and operating standards for an early-stage platform.

Requirements

• Experience building products from 0-to-1 through commercial scale in high-growth environments with significant ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI in daily product work, including prototyping, requirements development, analysis, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong product judgment, analytical skills, communication, and ability to define metrics, design experiments, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, or other commercial teams on enterprise deals and customer retention.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, structure complex problems, build alignment, and drive execution without an established playbook.
• Must be based in the United States; the role is fully remote within the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with corporate learning and development, HR, workforce technology, talent marketplaces, staffing, employee benefits, or related enterprise products.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex, Figma, Framer, SQL, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, integrations, administrative platforms, or founder-level 0-to-1 product development.
