Location: Hybrid work in München or Berlin, Germany

What you will do
- Analyze, size, and design satellite thermal control systems.
- Develop thermal models and simulate satellite thermal performance.
- Support thermal and thermal-vacuum testing of satellites and subsystems.
- Advise hardware developers on design decisions and material selection.
- Prepare and maintain design specifications, test reports, and other technical documentation.
- Manage thermal interfaces with external vendors and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in thermal system design, analysis, and testing.
- Knowledge of satellite and subsystem design lifecycles.
- Proficiency with thermal modeling and simulation tools such as Simcenter 3D.
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
