What you will do

• Define and review DO-160 compliant environmental test procedures, including parameters and acceptance criteria.
• Develop comprehensive qualification test plans covering temperature, vibration, shock, EMI/EMC, and HIRF.
• Prepare test reports, compliance matrices, and certification evidence for EASA, FAA, and military programs.
• Maintain full traceability of requirements, results, and deviations within DOORS to ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate with suppliers, test laboratories, and certification teams to execute qualification activities.
• Support internal and external audits and demonstrate compliance to regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar technical discipline.
• Minimum five years of professional experience within the aerospace or defence industry.
• Strong knowledge of RTCA DO-160 and hands-on experience in environmental qualification testing.
• Familiarity with EASA, FAA, or military aerospace certification and regulatory processes.
• Practical experience working with DOORS and Microsoft Office.
• English: C1 level required.
