Portfolio Management Analyst (Renewable Energy)

Location: Based in Louisville, Colorado, United States; approximately 10% travel between offices and project sites.

Salary: $71,000–$85,850 per year, plus an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage compliance with project transaction documents, including PPAs, interconnection, lease, financing, and operations and maintenance agreements.
• Prepare project performance reports, maintain renewable energy project data, and deliver contractual and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee portfolio financial matters, including P&L management, annual budgets, variance analysis, invoices, and project accounting.
• Support the resolution of plant outages, equipment failures, contractual issues, regulatory matters, and commercial risks.
• Identify asset performance and financial optimization opportunities while balancing risk.
• Coordinate with development, finance, construction, operations, regulatory, investor, landowner, and other stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant energy industry experience.
• BA/BS degree required; business, finance, accounting, economics, environmental studies, or another quantitative field preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to independently research, understand, and apply knowledge in new areas.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and cloud-based document management systems.
• Ability to prioritize work, think creatively, manage relationships, and stay current with renewable energy technologies, regulations, and market trends.
