Financial Consultant, Revenue Requirements

Location: Westwood, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three office days per week, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Employees must be able to work up to five days in the office when required.

Annual salary: $131,320–$145,910, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Prepare and direct the preparation of regulatory filings, including testimony, supporting schedules, and exhibits.
• Develop and oversee financial, accounting, and utility-specific analyses that support regulatory proposals.
• Manage cost-of-service filings, periodic reconciling mechanisms, and base rate cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams through filing preparation, including project plans, timelines, priorities, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate discovery responses for regulatory agencies, interveners, and filing witnesses.
• Interpret regulatory decisions and monitor action plans and critical-path schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
• Eight or more years of related experience.
• Knowledge and experience with utility ratemaking theories and processes.
• Knowledge of utility accounting, finance, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants requiring immigration-related sponsorship will not be considered.
