Project Manager II (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid office work required in Milwaukee, WI; Jacksonville, FL; or Atlanta, GA. Remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Define project scope, plans, schedules, budgets, activities, and deliverables.
• Manage project requirements, contractual obligations, client needs, resources, and team assignments.
• Coordinate work across product development, sales, client relationship, technology, service delivery, client, and vendor teams.
• Track risks, issues, progress, deadlines, scope, budget, and quality while supporting mitigation and resolution.
• Present project information and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders; travel to client sites when needed.

Requirements

• Hands-on project management experience and extensive knowledge of project management standards, PMBOK, processes, methodologies, and life cycles.
• Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile approaches.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project and related project management tools, including risk, issue, action-item, repository, metrics, and estimation tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the payments or financial technology industry is expected; government solutions experience with EBT and SNAP is advantageous.

• PMP certification.
