What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from identifying staffing needs to conducting screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine selection criteria and plan interview procedures.
• Prepare offer letters and probation contracts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for candidates.
• Lead employer branding initiatives on social networks and expand candidate sources via online and offline channels.
• Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, mass organizations, and job centers.
• Collaborate with teams to develop recruitment channels on Facebook, Zalo, and the company website.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and ATS platforms (e.g., Lever).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good command of English.
