Senior Leadership Development & Talent Management Specialist (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Design and implement leadership development initiatives for different leadership levels in line with the leadership framework and business priorities.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching, mentoring, peer learning, and experiential development experiences.
• Drive talent identification, assessment, calibration, succession planning, and development planning processes.
• Support career progression models, internal mobility, performance management, competency frameworks, and employee development practices.
• Enable People Managers to conduct effective goal-setting, feedback, and development conversations.
• Lead initiatives from needs analysis and design through implementation, impact measurement, and continuous improvement while managing external development partners.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Work and Organisational Psychology, Business, Organisational Development, or a related field.
• Solid experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organisational Development, or a consulting environment.
• Proven experience designing and implementing leadership and talent initiatives in complex organisations.
• Experience facilitating development sessions with managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and career development practices.
• Strong project, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, analytical, and people-data skills.

Nice to have

• Coaching accreditation or certification in assessment tools such as Gallup, Hogan, or MBTI.
• German and/or Italian language skills.
