What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact, handling inbound and outbound phone calls for 70–80% of daily activities.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues related to the Yuh App's pay, save, and investment sectors.
- Guide clients through financial products, features, and processes in a clear, empathetic, and compliant manner.
- Document all client interactions and outcomes in internal systems to ensure transparency and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide insights for platform, service, and process improvements.
- Uphold principles of fair client treatment, confidentiality, and strict regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship (Federal certificate of Competence).
- Previous experience in customer satisfaction, preferably within financial services.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong interest in financial products and markets, including stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
Nice to have
- Italian language proficiency (highly recommended).
- German language proficiency.
