What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, handling inbound and outbound phone calls for 70–80% of daily activities.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues related to the Yuh App's pay, save, and investment sectors.
  • Guide clients through financial products, features, and processes in a clear, empathetic, and compliant manner.
  • Document all client interactions and outcomes in internal systems to ensure transparency and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide insights for platform, service, and process improvements.
  • Uphold principles of fair client treatment, confidentiality, and strict regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship (Federal certificate of Competence).
  • Previous experience in customer satisfaction, preferably within financial services.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Strong interest in financial products and markets, including stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems.

Nice to have

  • Italian language proficiency (highly recommended).
  • German language proficiency.
