Director, Provider Data Process Owner (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead complex, large-scale business transformation initiatives across domains and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze workflows, policies, procedures, staffing structures, skills, and process data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop scalable, sustainable, and measurable business practices focused on effectiveness, productivity, and cost containment.
• Assess business cases, including feasibility, risks, opportunities, return on investment, and implementation requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholder knowledge transfer, training, communication, consensus-building, and end-to-end implementation.
• Contribute to executive presentations and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and budget requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry leading large-scale initiatives.
• Experience with business process improvement, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and operational execution.
• Operations experience is preferred.
• Remote work based in Missouri is required for this position.

Nice to have

• CSSBB or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
