Program Manager - B-2 Aircraft Installation B-2 Div (WBZ)

What you will do

• Support the B-2 System Program Office and interoperability team across modernization, test, production, fielding, and sustainment activities.
• Coordinate aircraft modernization installations, logistics, repair actions, maintenance activities, kit inspections, technical order verifications, and progress reporting at Whiteman Air Force Base.
• Act as the interface between the prime contractor, government stakeholders, B-2 SPO, maintenance and operations groups, and technical service organizations.
• Support acquisition management across the full life cycle, including requirements development, milestone reviews, contracting efforts, production, deployment, and operations and support.
• Develop and coordinate acquisition, contract, requirements, cost, risk, sustainment, and milestone documentation, including RFPs, SOWs, PWSs, MOAs, and life-cycle cost estimates.
• Analyze contractor EVM performance, integrated master schedules, risks, budgets, and program data; prepare executive briefings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Top-Secret clearance required.
• Master’s or doctoral degree with at least 20 years of relevant experience, including 12 years in the DoD; or bachelor’s degree with at least 25 years of relevant experience, including 15 years in the DoD; or 30 years of directly related experience with required certifications, including 20 years in the DoD.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as systems engineering, program management, or logistics; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in aircraft weapon-system acquisition and management, aircrew operations, or aircraft maintenance.
• Experience supporting or leading ACAT I or ACAT II weapon-system programs and at least one modernization acquisition phase from Milestone A/B/C through production.
• Extensive knowledge of B-2 weapon-system maintenance and test processes, Bomber mission and systems, acquisition management, program management, systems integration, manufacturing, installation, test and evaluation, production, and deployment.
