What you will do

• Design and develop Oracle CPQ solutions using BML, configurators, pricing rules, and approval workflows.
• Build complex product and pricing models for hardware, software, subscriptions, renewals, entitlements, and bundled offerings.
• Design and implement integrations between Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, Zuora, PIM/PDH, and the Oracle EBS/Fusion stack, including RMCS, FOM, and SMC.
• Improve system performance, maintainability, reliability, and end-to-end integrity.
• Apply engineering practices including clean code, modular design, testing rigor, CI/CD alignment, reusable frameworks, and automation.
• Resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, mentor engineers, and support AI-driven enhancements.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience with deep Oracle CPQ expertise.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ development, including BML, configurators, pricing, rules, and integrations.
• Experience integrating CPQ with Salesforce and enterprise systems such as Zuora, PIM/PDH, and Oracle EBS/Fusion.
• Strong understanding of complex selling models, including bundles, subscriptions, renewals, and entitlements.
• Ability to translate business processes and requirements into scalable technical solutions and optimize CPQ and integration performance.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, mentoring, compliance, and technical leadership skills.
