What you will do

• Design and technically deliver fire protection systems for aviation, K–12, higher education, retail, hospitality, and other commercial projects.
• Manage fire protection scope and coordinate technical deliverables with internal design teams.
• Develop code-compliant and practical system solutions for building construction projects.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis using available software.
• Produce 3D fire protection designs in Autodesk Revit and support BIM workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and grow into mentorship and technical leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design, consulting, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in fire protection engineering, engineering technology, or a similar ABET-accredited program.
• Experience with fire protection design principles for building construction.
• Knowledge of applicable NFPA, Unified Facilities Criteria, and building codes and standards, including IBC and SBC.
• Proficiency with Revit and understanding of BIM workflows for fire protection engineering and design.
• Willingness to travel less than 20%.
