USA Sr. Specialist, Pricing (Hybrid Role)

Location: Hybrid role in Dallas, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship.

Annual base pay range: $54,375–$92,500 USD.

What you will do

• Analyze, research, and price prime and nonprime products for strategic partners.
• Develop business proposals and reporting on portfolio metrics to support revenue, risk, volume, and profitability objectives.
• Build pricing frameworks incorporating credit risk, customer behavior, collateral trends, and market data.
• Use data mining and analysis to identify portfolio and origination risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional metric reviews, investigate root causes, and develop action plans.
• Deliver strategic pricing changes from initiation through final system implementation and contribute to reporting automation and data-quality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing data and presenting clear business narratives and executive-level findings.
• Ability to use SQL, SAS, and Python to extract and process data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, prioritization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of analytics experience in financial services.
• 2+ years of auto financial services or retail lending pricing experience.
• Established work history or equivalent experience through training, military service, or education.
