Network/Systems Administrator (Clearance Required)

What you will do

• Support the implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, monitoring, and problem resolution of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Maintain hybrid cloud and on-premises architectures across client, server, storage, network, and mobile environments.
• Configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
• Manage security policies and maintain the integrity of network components.
• Design and enhance network and operating system configurations to improve reliability and performance.
• Coordinate and document releases with development and systems engineering personnel, and analyze and remediate incidents.

Requirements

• TS/SCI+ security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience supporting IT environments.
• Hands-on scripting experience for task automation and data transfer.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes-based scalable architectures and hybrid cloud/on-premises environments.
• Ability to monitor application and operating system performance, analyze incidents, and document remediation.

Nice to have

• Experience transitioning infrastructure to AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in technical and user-friendly language.
• Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
