What you will do

• Define the 'why, when, and what' of products and lead cross-functional teams from ideation through launch.
• Build product and strategy reflecting Insider's vision, clearly articulating business value to the product team.
• Coordinate all activities required to define the release process and bring products to market.
• Manage and prioritize product items, owning the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas.
• Continuously benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs, competition, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Define and analyze metrics to calculate feature and product performance and customer satisfaction, providing improvement suggestions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
• Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
• Hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule.
• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy, etc.).
• Experience working with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
• Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate them into detailed product specifications.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
