Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, Croatia, or Poland

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, priorities, and business value for AI-powered products and releases.
• Lead cross-functional teams from product ideation through launch and coordinate time-bounded delivery.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog while generating, developing, and curating new ideas.
• Define release processes and coordinate activities required to bring products to market.
• Monitor market, customer, user, competitive, and emerging technology requirements.
• Define and analyze product and feature metrics, customer satisfaction, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with B2B SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Agile Product Development, cross-functional leadership, and delivering projects on schedule.
• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, and accuracy.
• Experience with model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral and with low-code/no-code customer journey automation tools.
• Fluent English and Turkish required.
