What you will do

• Coordinate integrated logistics support across spares, support equipment, training, facilities, technical data, provisioning, maintenance, and sustainment.
• Advise the Government on weapon-system supportability strategies, acquisition planning, resource requirements, and lifecycle cost reduction.
• Analyze DMSMS, parts availability, supply priorities, repair and manufacturing sources, MICAP situations, and Defense Logistics Agency supply status.
• Generate, review, and manage logistics, engineering, technical order, maintenance, acquisition, and sustainment documentation.
• Create and maintain databases and data files for Government Furnished Property, depot and modification aircraft, technical data, and logistics reporting systems.
• Support depot activation, source-of-repair decisions, technical evaluations, program reviews, process improvement activities, and status reporting.

Requirements

• Active or current Secret security clearance or higher, verifiable in DISS.
• Master’s or Doctorate in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the DoD; or Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the DoD.
• Alternatively, 15 years of directly related experience with required certifications, including 8 years in the DoD.
• Experience supporting logistics, maintenance, acquisition, sustainment, technical data, supply chain, or weapon-system programs.
• Ability to handle official records in accordance with AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program.
