Salary: $102,600–$153,900 per year

What you will do

• Lead and oversee logistics operations supporting ILS2 Task Order mission requirements.
• Coordinate supply support, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, material accountability, equipment distribution, and sustainment activities.
• Synchronize logistics support among government stakeholders, subcontractors, site personnel, and functional teams.
• Monitor logistics performance, resource utilization, operational readiness, and mission support requirements.
• Prioritize resources and resolve logistics challenges affecting mission execution.
• Develop procedures, schedules, reports, corrective action plans, and performance improvements.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and 10–12 years of experience, typically.
• Experience managing logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory, sustainment, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, mission-focused operational environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Nice to have

• DoD, federal government, military logistics, contingency, expeditionary, or operational support experience.
• Experience with geographically dispersed CONUS and OCONUS logistics operations.
• Familiarity with logistics information systems, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, or ERP platforms.
• CSCP, CLTD, PMP, or similar professional certification.
• Prior military service or military logistics experience.
