Location: On-site in Beavercreek, Ohio, United States. Moderate travel required; standard working hours.

What you will do

• Lead and support logistics and fleet management activities across complex defense programs.
• Analyze logistics data and develop plans to improve supply chain, inventory, and distribution performance.
• Coordinate monthly reporting in line with customer timeframes and support governance, assurance, compliance, and workforce management activities.
• Review technical, contractual, and operational information to identify provisioning, maintenance, and support requirements.
• Monitor inventory and distribution activities, drive continuous improvement, and maintain quality, safety, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
• Build stakeholder relationships, serve as a customer point of contact, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• At least 15 years of overall experience, including 5 years in Integrated Logistics Support, logistics engineering, or a related logistics discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting defense or a comparable technical industry.
• Strong knowledge of defense logistics management systems.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising personnel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, communication, and prioritization skills.
