Solutions Architect (HRIS Integrations)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; expected to work from the office 3+ days a week. A relocation stipend may be available for relocation to a hirify.global hub location.

Salary: $133,000–$156,000 USD annual base salary or on-target earnings range for Denver, CO.

What you will do

• Lead high-volume Guided API customer implementations from technical kickoff through successful go-live.
• Deliver Workday and other partner integrations using repeatable implementation frameworks and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization support to existing customers and Customer Success Managers.
• Execute data queries and analyze payloads to validate configurations, troubleshoot integration issues, and confirm solution integrity.
• Identify, document, and escalate complex, non-standard, or high-risk architectural challenges to senior Solutions Architects and Engineering.
• Improve implementation runbooks, developer documentation, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or customer-facing technical delivery.
• Strong technical understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON, and hosted versus embedded or self-hosted integration architectures.
• Hands-on experience supporting or delivering HRIS, HCM, or ATS integrations, such as Workday.
• Ability to write and run basic-to-moderate data queries for troubleshooting and technical workflow validation.
• Exceptional organization and multitasking skills, including managing a high volume of concurrent implementations without sacrificing quality or timeline commitments.
• Bias for action, resilience through ambiguity, ownership, urgency, and focus on meaningful outcomes.
