Workday Integrations Architect (Workday)

What you will do

• Build, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Workday integrations of various types.
• Collaborate with People Systems and Accounting stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design end-to-end data management solutions.
• Provide business process support, data coordination, integration administration, and data quality governance across the People Systems stack.
• Administer existing Workday integration technologies, support future upgrades, use Object Transporter and EIB for migrations and mass uploads, and prevent changes from disrupting business processes.
• Develop functional and technical specifications, test plans, and test scripts; execute quality assurance testing with the Quality Assurance Analyst.
• Analyze internal tool usage, seat management, and end-user adoption metrics; recommend optimizations and deliver systems-based business operations projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years of Workday integration and support experience.
• Workday integration experience with EIB, Studio, BIRT, and other Integration Templates and Connectors.
• Fluency in web services standards and technologies, including XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, and UDDI.
• Strong business analysis, requirements definition, documentation, test planning, deployment, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business strategy and vision into a functional Workday solution map using business acumen and technical aptitude.
• Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution.
