Global Clinical Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional study teams and oversee outsourced delivery for global early-phase hematology clinical studies.
• Drive study milestones, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate communication with internal functions, investigators, CROs, laboratories, and other external service providers.
• Oversee study-level documents from clinical study protocol through clinical study report.
• Develop study, quality, risk, contingency, and issue-escalation plans; manage amendments and vendor performance.
• Maintain inspection readiness under ICH-GCP and applicable SOPs, manage budget forecasting, and mentor study team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
• 10 years of relevant clinical experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 5 years of global clinical project management experience or equivalent.
• Experience in early-phase hematology, including managing multiple amendments and clinical studies across all phases and lifecycle stages.
• Demonstrated project management, team leadership, stakeholder management, conflict management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical research regulations, and clinical study and drug development processes.
• Project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
