Customer Relations Agent (UK&I)

Location: Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Retain customer loyalty through proactive engagement and professional complaint resolution.
• Receive and accurately record complaints through CRM tools, email, phone, letters, and social media.
• Verify request details, investigate cases, coordinate with internal and partner teams, and define timely resolution plans within cost constraints.
• Own cases end to end, maintain regular communication with customers and stakeholders, and follow up through successful completion.
• Represent the customer perspective by driving service improvements across customer support and hirify.global.
• Provide administrative support and perform data-quality checks for the local Customer Relations Team.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in customer relations, complaint handling, or case resolution.
• Ability to investigate issues, coordinate across teams, and manage cases with urgency.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, channel partners, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in the local language when supporting hirify.global customers.
• Ability to work from the Reading, United Kingdom location; relocation is not available.
