Global People Talent & Culture Trainee (Communications & Change) (People Communications and Change Management): Supporting global Talent & Culture initiatives, communication campaigns, change projects, employee engagement activities, and employer branding with an accent on editorial planning, cross-functional coordination, and impact measurement. Focus on coordinating transformation communications, managing external partners, organizing events, and using AI tools to improve content creation and employee experience.

What you will do
- Support global Talent & Culture strategy initiatives and projects.
- Assist with planning, executing, and following up on communications campaigns and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with People & Culture teams and other company functions to maintain consistency and alignment.
- Coordinate relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
- Manage editorial calendars, coordinate content, track activities, and prepare impact reports.
- Support internal and external events focused on engagement, culture, and employer branding.
Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and experience managing SharePoint sites.
- Familiarity with Canva and a basic understanding of AI tools for communication, content creation, and employee experience.
- Ideally, at least one year of experience in communications, HR, or a related role.
