What you will do

• Support global Talent & Culture strategic initiatives and projects across the strategy team.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of communications and change management campaigns.
• Collaborate with various People & Culture teams and other departments to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
• Manage the editorial calendar, including scheduling and content coordination.
• Track activity impact and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and experience managing SharePoint sites.
• Familiarity with Canva for content creation.
• At least 1 year of experience in communications, HR, or related roles.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
