Senior People & Talent Partner (Gaming)

Location: Studio in Barcelona, Spain; relocation is not available

hirify.global is a fast-growing mobile gaming company focused on developing games through team ownership, creativity, performance, and collaboration.

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruitment across hirify.global studios, partnering with hiring managers from intake through offer.
• Build talent pipelines using market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and games and technology industry knowledge.
• Own and improve ATS workflows, candidate experience, and recruiting metrics.
• Act as the primary HR partner for the Barcelona studio, supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR topics, policies, and tools.
• Manage HR operations for the Spanish entity, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and employee records.
• Organize local studio events and contribute to engagement, well-being, inclusion, and AI-powered HR workflow initiatives.

Requirements

• Solid full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in technology or gaming.
• Experience with HR topics beyond recruitment and the ability to work autonomously as the studio's only HR person.
• Familiarity with Spanish labour law and local HR practices.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Daily use of AI tools and curiosity about improving workflows and processes.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and manager-coaching skills.
