Senior Supply Chain Planner

Location: Bourne End, United Kingdom; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the Bourne End office and 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Manage incoming supply by tracking, prioritizing, and expediting shipments while negotiating delivery schedules.
• Review slow-moving and non-moving inventory, optimize safety stock, and reduce excess and obsolescence risks.
• Own the end-to-end supply strategy for a defined product portfolio across its full lifecycle.
• Drive portfolio performance by improving on-time shipment, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, suppliers, logistics providers, and global planning teams to resolve constraints and support new product introductions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply planning, ideally in a multinational corporation.
• Experience managing external suppliers and/or logistics providers.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, independent working ability, and process improvement mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills, advanced MS Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP or planning systems such as Oracle.
• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion DM Cloud or similar modern planning software.
