Trust Designer (Fintech)

Salary for US-based positions: $143K–$152K per year

hirify.global is a Bitcoin financial platform for buying and selling bitcoin, paying bills, borrowing against holdings, and using bitcoin rails to send, save, and spend money.

What you will do

• Design security controls, account protection, identity, support, and trust experiences.
• Develop 0-to-1 projects across iOS, Android, and Web for individual and business customers.
• Translate complex compliance, KYC/B, transaction-limit, and account-restriction logic into intuitive experiences.
• Own the Web portion of the Design System and maintain cohesion with mobile experiences.
• Partner with frontend and backend engineers while balancing platform standards and design quality.
• Prototype ideas in code and contribute to the internal design tool library.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in fintech or another regulated, trust-sensitive domain.
• Portfolio demonstrating expert-level interaction design and systems thinking.
• Experience designing multi-platform design systems.
• Ability to make creative decisions quickly and consistently at scale.
• Resourceful, pragmatic approach and comfort working on a small, nimble team.
• Fluency with AI and current design tooling, plus strong curiosity about money, technology, and the future.
