Salary: $251,600–$377,400 USD annually, depending on location and market conditions

What you will do

• Own complex Banking design initiatives from early exploration through shipped product.
• Drive zero-to-one product experiences that are strategically sharp and visually distinctive.
• Set the quality bar for Banking design and demonstrate exceptional craft in hands-on work.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Research to translate financial and regulatory logic into understandable experiences.
• Prototype early and often using AI and emerging tools, while shaping long-term product vision, design strategy, systems, and patterns.
• Elevate other designers through critique, feedback, and role modeling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and systems thinking.
• Experience shipping zero-to-one products, not only iterating on existing experiences.
• Mastery of interaction, visual, and systems design.
• Experience designing in complex, high-stakes domains such as fintech, banking, healthcare, or another regulated space.
• Ability to operate autonomously through ambiguity and influence cross-functional leadership.
• Fluency with AI and prototyping tools, strong communication skills, and a hands-on design practice.
