What you will do

• Plan and document regression, integration, functional, and automation test cases with product, business analysis, and Agile program teams.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Java and automation frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and continuously optimize the existing test automation framework and workflow processes.
• Build automated test plans for new features, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams on resolution.
• Support functional validation and sprint activities while ensuring test coverage across product teams.
• Lead Scrum test teams by example and mentor junior team members on automation practices and trends.

Requirements

• 5–12 years of experience in testing, SDET, or development, with combined testing and development experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, including functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Cucumber, Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket.
• Experience creating BDD features, test scenarios, and step definitions with Cucumber or Spock.
• Strong SQL and data transformation skills, with an understanding of ETL/ELT fundamentals.
• Knowledge of testing life-cycle activities, Xray test management in JIRA, build management, continuous integration, and Agile collaboration.
