⚠️ We are looking for a QA Engineer to join a Product team and take ownership of product quality within a cross-functional environment. The role combines manual testing, product-oriented automation, and system thinking to ensure that delivered features are valuable, reliable, and resilient. The team is moving toward increased automation, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both manual and automation testing rather than focusing exclusively on one area.

📋 Responsibilities
• Write and execute manual test scenarios in Gherkin using a BDD approach
• Identify, prioritize, analyse, and report bugs
• Provide clear and structured quality reports to stakeholders
• Develop and continuously improve regression test scenarios
• Design, develop, and maintain product-oriented automated test scenarios
• Contribute to both manual and automated testing across API and UI
• Participate in and facilitate quality ceremonies such as Bug Triage, 3 Amigos, and Quality Chapter
• Contribute to the adaptation and continuous improvement of the global Quality Strategy
• Apply a shift-left approach to identify quality issues as early as possible
• Maintain an end-to-end quality perspective across the product
• Share QA best practices and knowledge within the squad
• Collaborate closely with developers and other members of the Product team
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality practices
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience
• Strong experience in manual and functional testing
• Hands-on experience with test automation
• Commercial experience with Java and Cucumber
• Experience writing product-centric test scenarios
• Experience with Gherkin and BDD
• Experience with API and UI automation
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevSecOps-oriented quality practices
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong ability to work effectively in complex projects
• Experience creating and maintaining regression test scenarios
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• System-thinking mindset and focus on continuous improvement
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a complex cross-functional environment
• Openness to feedback and willingness to share knowledge
• Comfortable working in a role combining both manual testing and automation

• TMAP certification
• Experience working in product-oriented QA teams
