Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (AI Automation)

Location: Jaipur, India. Hybrid schedule: four days in the office and one remote day on Friday.

What you will do

• Lead a team of 2–3 Quality Assurance resources and coordinate testing activities across assigned client projects.
• Review requirements, create and maintain test plans, test cases, QA matrices, and quality metrics.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, shakeout, and end-to-end testing using manual and automated approaches.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts with Katalon, Playwright, or Selenium with Java.
• Integrate automated testing into build and deployment pipelines using Git branching strategies and CI/CD concepts.
• Support clients through testing cycles, provide release notes and training, triage defects, and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience testing software applications or working in a technology-related role.
• Expert understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Katalon, Playwright, or Selenium with Java.
• Ability to lead QA resources, provide mentorship, and coordinate testing across client implementations.
• Ability to work in the Jaipur office four days per week, with remote work available on Fridays.
