Location: Hybrid or full-time onsite at the Milton Keynes office, United Kingdom; office attendance is expected every Tuesday and Wednesday and may increase according to business needs.

Salary: £27,319–£30,378 per year

What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for queries and requests concerning bespoke learning materials and student support.
  • Coordinate accessible learning materials and alternative-format resources for disabled students.
  • Collaborate with university colleagues, external suppliers, stakeholders, and disability support networks.
  • Monitor service delivery, maintain accurate records, and produce reports.
  • Support service reviews and improvements while resolving issues using sound judgement.

Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Significant administrative experience, including accurate work with policies, procedures, and detailed records.
  • Experience coordinating, managing, and improving administrative processes.
  • Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, organisation, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, build positive relationships, take ownership, and use initiative.
  • Ability to attend the Milton Keynes office as required, normally every Tuesday and Wednesday.

  • Knowledge of the higher education sector.
  • Experience working in project teams and maintaining project documentation and governance records.
  • Awareness of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.
  • Experience coordinating communications with stakeholders, project teams, and external suppliers.
  • Experience supporting the management of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
