Senior eCOA Screenshot Review Associate (eCOA)

Location: Home or office based in the UK or Ireland, with locations listed as Dublin and Reading.

What you will do

• Independently manage complex eCOA screenshot review projects, timelines, quality standards, and study requirements.
• Review screenshots and related documentation against source Clinical Outcome Assessments, study specifications, and eCOA best practices.
• Perform functional testing across relevant devices, assessing usability, navigation, content, and implementation quality.
• Provide subject matter expertise to clients, eCOA vendors, copyright holders, and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve complex project or implementation issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Coordinate requirements, decisions, reporting, risk tracking, action planning, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience in eCOA screenshot review, clinical technologies, client services, project coordination, or a related area.
• Knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments and eCOA implementation best practices.
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex projects, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with eCOA platforms or clinical technology systems.
