Senior Full-Stack JS/TS Developer

Location: Remote from Kyiv or Warsaw

hirify.global is working with a Sweden-based AdTech company that develops a Creative Management Platform for designing, scaling, and publishing advertising campaigns in-house.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and ship production-grade features across frontend and backend systems.
• Build modular, scalable, high-performance interfaces with React or another modern web framework, including micro frontends and monorepos.
• Develop scalable backend services and high-throughput HTTP APIs with Node.js or an equivalent modern language.
• Design and maintain distributed, event-driven systems using Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
• Integrate agentic workflows, AI subagents, skills orchestration, and Model Context Protocol tooling into product ecosystems.
• Optimize MongoDB or other NoSQL storage, GitHub Actions deployment pipelines, application monitoring, and distributed tracing.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience delivering production software across both frontend and backend environments.
• Strong TypeScript proficiency or expert knowledge of an equivalent strongly typed language.
• Hands-on experience with React, Vue, Svelte, or Angular; React is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience designing, building, and debugging distributed event-driven messaging pipelines.
• Deep familiarity with MongoDB or equivalent NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems, AI-driven subagents, skills orchestration, and MCP integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex monorepos and micro frontend architectures.
• Background in observability, distributed tracing, and system health instrumentation with New Relic or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience configuring advanced CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions.
