Fullstack Developer (React Native/Node.js)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; onsite, remote, or hybrid work options are available.

What you will do

• Own product areas end-to-end across mobile, web, backend, architecture, and delivery quality.
• Build mobile-first experiences with React Native, Expo, TypeScript, NestJS, and Tailwind.
• Integrate with Ruby on Rails, Go, and Node.js backends.
• Drive frontend architecture, system design, technical decisions, scalability, performance, and usability.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with the product roadmap.
• Explore AI-driven product capabilities such as recommendations, translation, and video generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with large, well-maintained codebases.
• Strong recent hands-on experience with React Native and TypeScript, plus solid Node.js experience.
• Experience with Expo and mobile releases for the App Store and Google Play.
• Production experience using AI tools, LLMs, recommendation systems, or generative video.
• Strong software design, problem-solving, system design, scalability, performance, infrastructure, and integration skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher. Ability to work independently, evaluate trade-offs, and take ownership of solutions.
