Location: On-site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, United States; support may also involve Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri.

What you will do
- Support B-2 modernization installation activities, aircraft availability meetings, integrated test groups, readiness reviews, and fleet health discussions.
- Coordinate aircraft modification logistics, kit inspections, technical order verifications, installation progress, depot repairs, and maintenance actions.
- Act as an interface between the prime contractor, the Government, the B-2 System Program Office, Air Force units, and other acquisition stakeholders.
- Support acquisition management across requirements, contracting, milestone reviews, production, deployment, sustainment, and systems integration.
- Develop and coordinate acquisition documentation, contract strategies, lifecycle cost estimates, risk assessments, schedules, briefings, and executive-level materials.
- Analyze contractor and subcontractor EVM performance, integrated master schedules, risks, budgets, and cost-reduction opportunities.
Requirements
- Current Top Secret clearance required; required clearances must be maintained throughout the contract period.
- Masterβs or doctoral degree with at least 20 years of relevant experience, including 12 years in the DoD; alternatively, a bachelorβs degree with 25 years of experience, including 15 years in the DoD, or 30 years of directly related experience with applicable certifications.
- At least 15 years of experience in aircraft weapons-system acquisition and management, aircrew operations, or aircraft maintenance.
- Extensive knowledge of B-2 weapon-system maintenance, testing, processes, and schedules.
- Program management experience with ACAT I or ACAT II weapon-system programs and at least one modernization acquisition phase from Milestone A through production.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, EVM tools, cross-functional communication, briefings, and co-IPT leadership.

- Masterβs degree in systems engineering, program management, logistics, or a related field.
- Bomber aircrew subject matter expertise, including bomber missions, aircraft systems, tactics, and Crew Resource Management.
