What you will do

• Build and improve features for the hirify.global app, used by millions of customers.
• Analyze customer behaviour through data analysis and interviews to identify problems and shape solutions.
• Own features across the full product development lifecycle, from scoping and design to development, testing, and launch.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data, business, and experienced product managers.
• Measure feature impact using real product data and iterate based on results.
• Gradually take end-to-end ownership of a product scope, including research, analysis, design, stakeholders, and technology.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as econometrics, engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience.
• Evidence of taking initiative and building something from scratch, such as a side project, new idea, or startup.
• Curiosity, empathy for users, ambition, and a strong bias toward action.
• Willingness to learn product management through hands-on ownership and collaboration.
