Product Analyst (Logistics)

What you will do

• Own a functional domain within the Transport Management System from discovery through delivery.
• Talk with customers to understand transport workflows, identify underlying problems, and recognize recurring patterns.
• Collect and prioritize feedback and feature requests with support, onboarding, sales, and customer success.
• Work with engineering and design to prototype and build user-friendly product solutions.
• Balance strategic initiatives with maintenance and bug-fix priorities.
• Manage internal and external communication for product releases.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a product-related function.
• Experience understanding complex products and diverse customer needs, particularly in logistics or transport.
• Product experience with a UX background and a focus on user-friendly solutions.
• Strong prioritization, communication, attention to detail, and systems-thinking skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to investigate underlying problems rather than simply implement requested features.
• Fluent English required; Dutch is a plus.
