DCSC Automation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Design and maintain browser automation with Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, or equivalent to extract access lists from more than 105 vendor portals.
• Build ACL comparison and diff tooling that identifies access discrepancies and creates pre-populated Jira tickets for human review.
• Automate attestation cycles, manager notifications, confirmation capture, exception escalation, and audit-ready evidence packages.
• Integrate LLM-based anomaly detection and ticket intelligence for former-employee access, access creep, dormant accounts, and role anomalies.
• Own the DCSC Portal operational runtime, automation roadmap, coverage registry, monitoring, and runbooks.
• Partner with DCSC coordinators and GRC stakeholders to validate workflows and evidence against compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Experience building browser automation against real-world web applications, including authentication flows, dynamic content, and anti-bot mitigations.
• Strong TypeScript skills for scripting, data processing, structured file I/O, and API integration.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into production workflows.
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data, dataset diffing, normalization, and downstream audit outputs.
• Experience integrating Jira or other ITSM systems through REST APIs, including ticket creation, status updates, and attachments.
• Ability to document manual workflows, communicate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders, and deliver simple, incremental automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Workers or similar edge compute platforms.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, FedRAMP, or ISO 27001 compliance operations.
• RPA experience with UiPath or Power Automate.
• Background in infrastructure operations, data centers, physical security, or internal tooling and developer-facing portals.
