Product Delivery Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote, with hybrid options in Toronto

Compensation: $32 per hour

hirify.global is a Toronto-based Language Synthesis AI company developing technology that removes language barriers and enables access to information in any language.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions and document user stories, data models, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the product backlog, map system interfaces, and manage delivery dependencies.
• Analyze workflows and data to improve processes, customer value, and delivery outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prepare sprint goals, monitor progress, and ensure increment completion.
• Draft test scenarios, coordinate user-acceptance testing, triage defects, and validate functionality against requirements and compliance standards.
• Report delivery status, risks, roadmap updates, KPIs, and process improvement opportunities to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a tech-focused MBA.
• Experience with Agile practices, Jira or Azure DevOps, and writing testable user stories.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Excel for delivery metrics and dashboards.
• Strong systems thinking, stakeholder coordination, UAT, experimentation, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to discuss AI model releases or MLOps in technical sessions and translate technical details into business impact.
• Commitment of 30–40 hours per week for full-time participation or at least 15 hours per week for part-time participation.
