Salary: $160,000–$180,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity

hirify.global is building an AI-powered app that manages car, home, motorcycle, RV, and other physical assets, combining insurance, driving insights, diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and related marketplaces.

What you will do

• Define business questions, hypotheses, metrics, and the decisions that analysis should inform.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that improve key business metrics.
• Own the analytical function for an embedded business area across growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives and recommendations through execution and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering business impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills and the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• Current residence in one of the listed U.S. states or Ontario, Canada is required.
