Senior Technical Program Manager (CoupangEats Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of strategic hirify.global Eats engineering programs and projects.
• Manage schedules, scope, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and delivery quality across complex initiatives.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve project and program management frameworks, governance standards, and best practices.
• Align SLAs with SLOs, conduct performance reviews, and track corrective actions for service breaches.
• Operate incident escalation processes and coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications.
• Manage vendor inventories and tiering while improving operational efficiency through documentation, collaboration, data, and automation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, PMO, or a related role in a technology-driven organization.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent Korean and business-level English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, gaming, technology, or hyper-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with third-party security or risk management.
• Experience using AI and automation tools such as Windsurf or ChatGPT for reporting, documentation, and workflow improvement.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or other project and Agile certifications.
